Founder & President
With 20 years of experience in the entertainment and performing arts industry, Cindy took an interest in the international platform very early on in her career. She began her career at BMG International Artist and Repertoire (A&R) where she liaised with its Asian offices to bridge the crossover of Asian artists to the US. She organized the first BMG Pan-Asia A&R Conference in Beijing, personally handling all logistics associated with the event. From 2006 – 2008, Cindy served as Associate Producer of the JC Penney Asian Excellence Awards show in Los Angeles, which has the distinctive designation of being the first nationally, broadcasted Asian American awards show in America.
In 2003 she joined CAMI (Columbia Artists Management) where she worked closely with world renowned artists such as Oscar winning composer/conductor Tan Dun, Howard Shore, John Mauceri, Fes Festival of World Sacred Music, Lord of the Ring – The Symphony and Cirque Eloize. During her time at CAMI, she coordinated the announcement panel discussion for the Fes Festival of World Sacred Music North America tour. Following the panel, she facilitated and lead several US presenters to attend the Festival in Fes, Morocco with her. She also served as tour manager for the premier of Lord of the Ring - the Symphony in Taiwan.
From 2005 to 2015 she worked with Concert Artists Guild (CAG) as the West Coast and Asia Pacific Booking and Managerial Associate to help mentor and launch young classical musicians and ensembles. She most recently worked with Cadenza Artists, LLC as the Director of Booking and Business Development for the Middle East and Far East.
InPulse Creatives, LLC was founded in Spring 2018 to help provide creative solutions for artists and creators who have an interest in developing and bringing their work into the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Cindy is an active participant in the performing arts community. She served for seven years as the Board of Director for the Western Arts Alliance (WAA), with her last year as the Secretary / Treasurer. She currently sits on the Board of Director and as well as the Planning and Program Committee of the International Society of Performing Arts (ISPA).
Cindy received her B.A. in Music Business and M.A. in Music Ecology from New York University.
Graduated from the Central Academy of Drama with a Bachelor Degree in Cultural Industry Management in 2010; Obtained a Master Degree in New Media Design from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2014.
April has been engaged in performance agency and organized hundreds of performances since she was a university student. After accumulating nearly 10 years of experience in performing arts operation as a freelancing agent, she officially joined the Cadenza Artists, LLC.in 2016 as a BD, committed to helping outstanding artists at home and aboard expands into Asian market. In 2018, she joined InPulse Creatives, LLC as a project manager, focusing on managing performing arts activities in China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.
Raised in Toronto and Beijing, Amy is currently a senior (4th year student) at New York University earning her BM in Music Business along with a minor in Political Science, where she has been on the dean’s list of academic excellence for consecutive years. As a classically trained violinist and occasional drummer, music is an integral part of her life. She frequently performed as soloist and concertmaster with youth orchestras. In addition, she has completed internships with entities such as Sony Music Entertainment, Ultra Records, Longan Law Firm (China) etc. Being deeply passionate about Intellectual Property rights, Amy hopes to attend law school in the future.
Native of Beijing and trained as a classical violinist, he has obtained his Bachelor Degree in Public Finance from Central University of Finance and Economics in 2010, and participated in five film/documentary productions in 4 years as Production Manager and Assistant Director. Since 2014, he has been based in Buenos Aires, Vienna and Beijing as a sound engineer, while touring in more than 30 countries as a tango DJ.
In 2016, he joined Major Music as the executive artists manager and worked closely with dozens of Asian and European artists by planning tours, concerts, commercial events, and all the logistics in China and Asia. Devoted to music as his life career, Frank is currently pursuing a M.A. degree in Performing Arts Administration at New York University.
